Shweta Anand Arora | Founder, The Core Questin

Shweta has 17+ years’ leadership experience across the consulting, start-up and non-profit sectors. She has supported large-scale change efforts in the government and helped create and grow small organisations till they reached significant scale. She has expertise in change management, building and leading teams and organisations, and learning and development.

She was part of the Social Impact Leadership Team at BCG, Director and part of the founding team at The Education Alliance, and a member of the core leadership team that created and scaled XSEED. She has worked with multiple stakeholders, including senior bureaucrats in the state government and at NITI Aayog, funders and investors, entrepreneurs and founders.

In her coaching practice, she has experience working with senior leaders across the corporate, social enterprise and non-profit space (Founders, CEOs, CXOs, Directors) across India, Singapore, China, the US and Canada.

Shweta holds a Master’s degree in education from Harvard University, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. She is a Professional Leadership and Life Coach and a graduate of Coach for Life, USA (an ICF-approved coach training organisation).
