Medhavi Anand | Program Manager

Medhavi is the Research and Program Development Manager at The Education Alliance. She is a passionate education professional with a graduate degree in psychology. As a Teach for India fellow, Medhavi worked closely with students, teachers, and the community to develop impactful learning experiences. She also engaged with various partners to implement her own project – Kaleidoscope, which promotes inclusive education in government schools. Furthermore, her previous role at the Language and Learning Foundation involved collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects focused on overall organizational development and strategic planning.

Outside of work, Medhavi has over 12 years of experience as a theatre performer, playwright, and voice-over artist. Her diverse background fuels her vision of opening schools across India that nurture compassionate lifelong learners, empowering them to contribute to their community, nation, and the global world.
