Harpreet Kaur | Senior Associate

Harpreet is a Senior Associate in TEA’s Delhi Team. She started her journey in the field of education by doing a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Delhi University, and shifted her focus area from teaching to educational administration, by pursuing a Master’s in Educational Planning and Administration from Jamia Millia Islamia.

With a habit of leaving things in the middle (such as dance classes, calligraphy, playing violin, etc), the field of education is the one area she has no plans to leave! She started her career with Pratham Education Foundation as a Program Coordinator and wanted a switch to work in the area of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, which led her to The Education Alliance.

A foodie at heart, Harpreet spends her free time hopping from one cafe to another and petting random dogs on her way.
