Neha Kaktan | Program Lead

Neha is Program Lead, working on TEA’s FLN initiative in Madhya Pradesh.

Neha has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, from Lady Shri Ram College, and a Master’s degree in Education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. With 9 years of experience, working in multiple school systems, and gaining academic and management expertise, Neha is well-versed with system reform, FLN, assessments and teacher training. In the past, her work experience includes being a Teach for India fellow, and stints with organizations such as Educational Initiatives and Hippocampus Learning Centres.

Neha is passionate about influencing change in the education sector, and looks to leverage the understanding and knowledge she has gained during her career to achieve this.
