Kanchan Singh | Program Manager

Kanchan is a Program Manager for the Schools of Specialised Excellence, Govt. of Delhi, at The Education Alliance.

Her deep-rooted passions lie in women’s rights, education, and sustainable development. Holding over 5 years of experience across diverse sectors, including education, women’s development and healthcare, she has previously worked with SOS Children’s Villages of India, NIPCCD, and Apollo Telehealth Services. At SOS, her role encompassed working with 150+ children for their holistic development. Collaborating closely with the Joint Director of the Women’s Development Department at NIPCCD, she orchestrated workshops and training sessions dedicated to women’s rights, mental health, and skill enhancement. Her impactful work at Apollo centered around enhancing healthcare accessibility in rural communities, leading the successful implementation of telemedicine initiatives across 8+ states.

At TEA, she has found her purpose working towards advancing specialised and skill-based education, empowering students with practical, hands-on learning for future studies and careers.

An absolute people’s person, she finds joy in fostering meaningful conversations, nurturing communities, and forging connections. She holds a master’s degree in social work from Delhi School of Social work and a graduate degree in English literature.
