Preeti Rajput is the Program Lead for the School Quality Enhancement Program (SQEP) with The Education Alliance’s Delhi team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Before joining TEA, Preeti worked in the Information Technology industry as a Project Engineer at Wipro Infotech, eventually transitioning into the education sector.

Her journey began with the Teach for India Fellowship, where she taught middle school students in a Delhi government school. She further honed her expertise with roles at The Akanksha Foundation and Central Square Foundation, focusing on instructional leadership, strategic leadership, and teacher coaching. Passionate about systemic improvement, Preeti has supported states in implementing foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) programs and developing people-centered school cultures.
