Aadi Rungta | Director- Organization Development

Aadi Rungta is Director of Organization Development at TEA. 

He brings with him over 13 years of experience in the education sector, encompassing roles in both private and government school systems. Prior to joining our senior leadership team as an Associate Director at TEA, Aadi collaborated closely with the Deputy Chief Minister and prominent MLAs in Delhi. He spearheaded various large-scale state reform projects, including the Government’s flagship education fellowship and the SCERT reform project.

Aadi is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and Teach For India’s third cohort and dedicated seven years to the 321 Education Foundation before embarking on his journey with TEA. His core passion lies in facilitating the success and growth of others, which fuels his commitment to his role within the organization development team.
