Aditi Gyanesh | Program Manager - Communications

Aditi is Program Manager – Communications at The Education Alliance. She brings over 10 years of experience in Journalism and Communications to her role at The Education Alliance. 

Before joining TEA, she spent two years with the Delhi Government as a Changemakers in Education Fellow and Communications Consultant, where she worked on impactful education initiatives. She also contributed to the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), curating the inaugural edition of their Children First journal.

Aditi began her career as a journalist with The Times of India, where she spent six years reporting across various states and gaining hands-on experience in storytelling and communication. Now at TEA, she’s focused on using her skills to share the organization’s work and amplify its impact.

When not busy with shaping narratives, Aditi enjoys exploring local food and markets and unwinding with knitting.
