Akshaya Iyer | Program Lead

Akshaya Iyer is a Program Lead in TEA’s Delhi team. She holds a law degree from the National Law University, Jodhpur.

She brings over ten years of experience in corporate and commercial law, having previously been a Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Driven by a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the community and a strong passion for education reform, Akshaya transitioned to the education sector.

At The Education Alliance, she works on the Delhi Government’s Schools of Specialised Excellence, creating opportunities for students to develop career pathways and build skills. Her work involves strategizing, co-creating, and supporting the implementation of programs and policies at the Schools of Specialised Excellence.
