Bhanu Poudel | Program Lead- SQEP

Bhanu is an Academic Coordinator (Program Lead) for the School Quality Enhancement Program in Delhi, focused on improving teaching practices in government schools. With a Bachelor’s in English and a Master’s in English Language Teaching, he has a proven track record in enhancing teacher performance and educational outcomes. Bhanu brings a strong grasp of education policies and performance monitoring to drive educational reform.

With over 7 years of experience in diverse educational settings, Bhanu has a strong expertise in instructional design, teacher training, and educational reform. His career began as a Teach for India Fellow, where he developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students and teachers in government schools. Bhanu has also held key roles with organizations like Stones2milestones Edu. Pvt. Ltd. and Leadership Boulevard Pvt. Ltd., where he designed and implemented impactful programs reaching hundreds of educators across North and South India.

Outside of work, Bhanu enjoys cooking up delicious dishes and diving into a good book. Bhanu has a deep appreciation for specialty coffee and loves academic research.
