Mukesh Tiwari | Program Manager
Mukesh is a Program Manager – Mission Ankur at The Education Alliance, where he collaborates closely with the School Education Department in Madhya Pradesh to transform the educational landscape.
With a strong focus on driving systemic change, Mukesh plays a pivotal role in program strategy and planning, collaborating with the department and NGO partners to create comprehensive action plans that aim to transform educational outcomes across the state. He monitors progress through data analysis, ensuring his project workstream is adjusted based on evidence to enhance their impact.
Mukesh’s journey into education began with a four-year fellowship at Teach For India in 2017, where he taught students from grade 7 to grade 10, extending the fellowship to ensure they passed 10th grade. He also initiated a project aimed at supporting these students in grades 11 and 12, including competitive exam preparation. His passion for scaling educational impact led him to work with BYJU’S and LEAD School, where he empowered over 2,500 teachers across different regions, including 600+ in Madhya Pradesh, through teacher training and curriculum development.
Mukesh remains committed to creating lasting, positive changes in education, leveraging his diverse experiences to ensure that every child has access to quality learning opportunities.
