Rishabh Bansal | Program Lead

Rishabh is Program Lead at TEA’s Punjab Team. He leads critical state initiatives, including strengthening tech and data systems and revamping Punjab’s school-to-work program to enhance vocational education. Rishabh believes education reform can sustainably benefit every child with the right implementation strategy. Therefore, he advocates for more consistency in any state program delivery.

Prior to joining TEA, Rishabh served as Advisor to the Chairperson at the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Government of Delhi. This experience, coupled with his time as a Teach For India alumnus and co-founder of the non-profit Samarthya (focused on participative governance in public schools), equips him with a deep understanding of child rights advocacy and policy implementation.

Rishabh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, and a Master’s degree in Political Science.

When Rishabh isn’t driving educational progress, you can find him indulging in his love for reading, cooking, and exploring new travel destinations.
