Tibin Thomas | Senior Associate

Tibin is Senior Associate, State Reform, Tamil Nadu, at TEA.

He is an experienced social worker, and is highly skilled in teaching, mentoring, soft-skills training, project planning, and recruitment. His educational background includes a Master’s degree in Social Work, from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.

His professional experience began with a role as a Skill Development Executive Trainer in the Additional Skill Acquisition Program, following his graduation. He has also served as a Communicative English and Skill Trainer for the Government of Kerala, a Skill Development Officer at Aztec Education Consultancy, and finally as a Teach for India Fellow.

In his free time, Tibin enjoys watching anime and reading books.
