Vaishnavi Shukla | Senior Associate

Vaishnavi Shukla is a Senior Associate with TEA’s Mission Ankur team in Madhya Pradesh, where she focuses on enhancing teacher professional development. With a strong belief in schools as microcosms of society, Vaishnavi envisions them as ideal spaces to nurture inclusivity, equity, and peace.

Vaishnavi holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University. Her journey in education began as a Teach For India Fellow in Delhi, where she implemented differentiated learning strategies in her classroom and spearheaded Project WhyLens, an initiative aimed at creating safer learning spaces. Her experiences interning with organizations such as Young Leaders for Active Citizenship, the Indian School of Democracy, and Pratham Education deepened her understanding of policy, education, health, and gender issues, further refining her approach to driving systemic change.

At TEA, Vaishnavi leverages her diverse experiences and insights to cultivate inclusive learning environments and foster meaningful change in the education landscape.

Outside of work, Vaishnavi finds joy in singing, spending time with her furry friends, journaling, and exploring new hobbies.
